Ten Sick Men

Ten men were very sick. They had to live far from town. People were afraid to come near them. One day, Jesus walked down the road. The ten men called out to him. "Please, please help us!" they cried. Jesus looked at them with kind love. "Go and show yourselves to the priests." So the ten men walked away. As they walked, their skin became clean! They were not sick at all now. Every man was well and strong again!

One Said Thank You

Nine men ran home full of joy. But one man stopped on the road. He turned and ran back to Jesus. "Thank you, thank you!" he called out. He fell down low at Jesus' feet. Jesus smiled at the thankful man. "Where did the other nine men go?" Only one came back to say thank you. This story is inspired by the ten men Jesus healed, Luke 17.
